Coaches Corner
Group training in the weight room! Gain fresh idea, develop goals and keep motivated during this interactive training session held in the weight room and lead by a certified Y Wellness Coach.
Core + Stretch
Gain function and strengthen your core with isolated exercises. Finish the class off with a great stretch.
Choreography Blast
