A Message from the President

Welcome to the Y’s website –
a place to stay connected and learn how to get active and involved in an organization that focuses on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As Chair of the Y Board, I feel privileged to work with a Board, CEO, Staff, Volunteers and Donors who share such passion and dedication to making a difference in our community.

2011 is quickly becoming an exciting year for the YMCA-YWCA of the Central Okanagan as we move forward with new projects and opportunities which will positively impact the many people who make the Y a part of their lives.
