The purpose of YMCA Healthy Kids Day is to help kids and families embrace healthy habits that can become a lifelong practice. Healthy Kids Day will be a fun, free family event that celebrates healthy living with heart pumping entertainment, activity demonstrations, nutritional snacks, swimming pool games and a huge arrange of fun activities and educational tips provided by the Y and partner organizations and businesses.
