Group Fitness
All
regular Group Fitness classes are drop-in and free with membership.
Even specialty classes such as Yoga, Fusion (combination of Yoga and
Pilates), Hip Hop, and Building Better Bones are included free with
membership. Try them all or just stick with your favourites, there's
plenty to choose from! Please view our current fitness schedule
at the top of this page or view our in-house fitness schedule avaialbe
for pick-up at the the Y.
Note: Any changes and class additions will be made at the end of each month.
