We understand that a pleasant environment and friendly support from certified Trainers are factors that will help keep you motivated to stick with your workout routine. And if you're exercising regularly, then we're achieving our mission of building a stronger you.

Aquafitness
A fun, safe and effective way to tone muscles, burn calories & keep active!  Choose from deep or shallow water classes for everyone of all ages to enjoy.

Cardio Fitness
We always offer a variety of types of classes that include a “cardio” component.  This means getting your heart rate into your cardiovascular training zone for a sustained amount of time.  But more importantly, having fun and feeling invigorated!

Muscular Strength and Endurance
Not everyone likes to pump iron in the weight room, so we offer many different ways to get the toning results from this type of training in the group fitness setting.  For those who do their own cardio workout and are just looking for a strength/endurance workout to round out their training, we have some classes that are 100% focused on muscular conditioning.  We also have many classes for those who want a total body workout that incorporates both cardio and muscular conditioning.
 
Mind/Body
Our society is so quick-paced and we’re all so busy that we need to take time out to rejuvenate.  To help you take the time to relax your body and your mind, we have several offerings that focus solely on “Mind/Body”, like Yoga and Fusion.  For those who want a sampling of this type of class but who also want cardio and muscular conditioning in the same workout, we have many ‘combo’ classes that include all of these components.
 
Martial Arts Style Classes
Although the Billy Blanks Tae Bo trend has faded, there are still lots of fun ways to incorporate boxing and martial arts moves into group fitness to provide a great workout.  We try to offer classes like Boxercise and Cardio Karate within our group fitness schedule for added variety.
 
Just for Fun
Fitness should be fun!  For people who want to get exercise while trying something new we occasionally offer classes like Hip Hop, Latin Dance, and Drums Alive.  The focus is fun and the exercise is an added bonus!
