Star 3

Star 3 teaches Lifesaving Society’s Rookie Recognition & Rescue, to continue to build and improve front crawl and back crawl, develop elementary backstroke to an intermediate standard and breaststroke to an initial standard.  The endurance swim for this level is 300 meters.
