Star 2

Star 2 teaches the Lifesaving Society’s Rookie H2O Proficiency, further develop front crawl to an advanced standard, back crawl to an intermediate level, elementary backstroke to an initial standard, and introduce breaststroke.  The endurance swim for this level is 150 meters.
