Building Fund (subject to GST)
All members pay a non–refundable building fund fee at the start of their membership. Adult and Senior members pay $50; Young Adults and Youth, $25. There is a $50 maximum per family and no Building Fund for Child and Introductory Memberships.
Ability Pass
Allows persons with a permanent disability to use our pool at a subsidized fee.

Assisted Membership
At the Y, no one is turned away because they are unable to pay the full fee. The Y offers Membership Assistance to qualifying members who cannot afford to pay the entire fee. To find out if you qualify, please download and complete the Assisted Membership Application and contact the Y to arrange for a private, confidential interview.
Payment Information
1. Method
Memberships are established on a continuous monthly pre-authorized payment plan. Continuous payment plans are renewed automatically each year, unless we are notified otherwise. Payments can be made:
a) Through your chequing or savings account or
b) Through Visa or Mastercard
c) OR pay for 12 months (+ building fund fee) up front.
To get your membership started you will need:
- a voided cheque for option A
- Visa or Mastercard for option B
- Building Fund Fee
- 1st month’s payment
- $20 membership card deposit for each member aged 13yrs and older
- NOTE: All non-payments are subject to a NSF fee of $25
2. Membership Holds
As a member you are able to put your membership on hold for one month per calendar year. Holds must be done in person at Membership Services at least 3 days prior to your monthly payment date and you will be requested to turn in your membership card for that month (longer holds may be approved under extenuating circumstances).
3. Membership Cancellations
Cancel in person at any time for a fee of $30 and return of your membership card. Memberships reactivated within a three month period are NOT subject to the Building Fund Fee. Those reactivated within 2 years are subject to a $20 reactivation fee in lieu of the Building Fund Fee.
